What you'll do
- Support clearly scoped public-source research tasks when delivery load spikes
- Document sources, screenshots, uncertainty, and confidence boundaries according to TraxinteL SOPs
- Provide language, region, platform, or domain-specific support when needed
- Assist with second-review work under the Intelligence Operations Lead
- Keep customer-facing conclusions out of contractor hands unless explicitly reviewed and approved
Requirements
- OSINT, investigative research, journalism, threat intelligence, fraud, trust-and-safety, due diligence, or adjacent research experience
- Excellent source documentation and evidence hygiene
- Comfort working from written SOPs and narrow scopes
- Strong confidentiality and minimum-necessary-access judgment
- Ability to separate leads, corroborated evidence, analyst notes, and unknowns
Nice to have
- Foreign language or regional research specialization
- Experience with identity, brand impersonation, executive protection, or enhanced due diligence cases
- Familiarity with public records, breach exposure, social platform research, or source preservation
- Availability for short turnaround windows
