Step 01
Review the delivery board and prioritize cases, alerts, and customer follow-ups

Triage new Deep Search requests and clarify what needs analyst review

Route production blockers to the fractional engineer and sensitive judgments to the founder

What you'll do
- Own Deep Search intake triage, monitoring alert review, report readiness, and customer-safe delivery summaries
- Maintain the daily delivery board across active investigations, monitoring alerts, enterprise packets, and support escalations
- Write and improve analyst SOPs, report quality checklists, and evidence confidence notes
- Route support tickets and production blockers to the right owner without making the founder the default operator
- Prepare sensitive cases for founder final review before customer delivery
Requirements
- Professional experience in OSINT, investigations, trust and safety, cyber threat intelligence, fraud, due diligence, journalism, or adjacent investigative work
- Strong written communication and careful evidence language for sensitive cases
- Comfort making confidence, false-positive, and escalation judgments from incomplete public-source evidence
- Ability to run checklists, boards, and delivery routines without a large team around you
- Strong judgment around privacy, legal boundaries, and customer-safe summaries
Nice to have
- Experience with executive protection, legal, investigations, corporate security, or trust-and-safety workflows
- Familiarity with analyst review queues, evidence lineage, or report QA
- Foreign language or region-specific public-source research capability
- Light technical comfort with dashboards, admin tools, and structured data
