Legal Use Policy
Permitted Use Policy
Last Updated: May 31, 2026. This policy applies to TraxinteL, Inc.Deep Search, Monitoring, reports, shared exports, support tickets, and related workflows.
What TraxInteL Allows
TraxInteL is a public-source intelligence workflow. A request must have a lawful, specific, and non-abusive purpose before collection or monitoring can begin.
- Self-review or consented review of public-source context for a person, account, brand, asset, or organization.
- Family safety, missing-person lead review, fraud triage, impersonation response, or relationship-context review when the request has a lawful and non-harassing purpose.
- Business, vendor, partner, executive, or entity diligence when the output is not used for a regulated consumer eligibility decision.
- Legal, insurance, incident-response, law-enforcement, or enterprise security workflows where the requester has authority to submit the case and act on the output.
- Monitoring public mentions, owned brands, exposed credentials, public profile changes, or known risk surfaces without contacting the target or entering restricted sources.
What TraxInteL Prohibits
We reject requests that depend on unlawful access, abusive purpose, private-source collection, or regulated eligibility use without a separate approved program.
Regulated eligibility decisions
Do not use TraxInteL for employment, tenant, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, benefits, or similar eligibility decisions unless a separate counsel-approved consumer-reporting program exists for that exact use.
Stalking, harassment, doxxing, or intimidation
Do not use the service to threaten, pressure, shame, expose, surveil, or physically locate someone outside a lawful safety or legal process.
Unlawful surveillance or live tracking
TraxInteL does not provide live location tracking, carrier access, private account monitoring, covert device monitoring, or real-time activity surveillance.
Private-data access or account compromise
Do not request private messages, restricted-account content, password recovery, account takeover, credential testing, platform bypass, or session access.
Fraud, extortion, blackmail, or impersonation
Do not use reports or monitoring output to commit fraud, extract money, impersonate someone, evade law enforcement, or coerce a target.
Unauthorized scraping or platform-control evasion
Requests that require defeating platform controls, rate limits, privacy settings, or contractual restrictions are out of scope.
Rejected Or Paused Cases
If a request appears prohibited, TraxInteL may reject the case, pause fulfillment, request more context, refund under the published refund policy, preserve abuse evidence, or escalate the request for manual review. Customers must not resubmit the same prohibited request through another account, ticket, or checkout path.
